📦 Processing & Shipping


  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom tees and personalized items are made just for you. Standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • Boutique & Smocked Clothing: Preorder turnaround times are always listed in the product description (typically 4–6 weeks). Ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided. Once shipped, The Oak Bee is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages — but we’ll always help you file a claim if needed.

  • Free Shipping: Offered on orders over $100 (before tax/discounts).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges


  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these are personalized just for your child, all sales are final.

  • Boutique Items (Smocked/Embroidered Clothing): May be exchanged for store credit if unworn, unwashed, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Sale Items: All sale and clearance purchases are final.

✨ Order Changes & Cancellations


  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please double-check sizing, spelling for personalization, and shipping details before placing your order.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, smocking, or print placement may occur — that’s the charm of handmade and boutique apparel.
